A native of Hong Kong who has experienced International Euro-Asian lifestyle at a tender age hence had the exposure to western music. However, without the influence of her parents to what type of music she listened to, she always seem to know which was the right mustic to pickup.
Her style ranges from retro-soul and jazz to the latest R&B and club realeases. She regularly does show-stopping performances at Venue's Monday night jam, Gecko and Pizza Express in SOHO. In addition, Ginger is an in-demand studio session singer whose distinctive energy adds magic to any project, along with a vast array of colours, always remaining soulful and melodic. Multi-ethnic Kwan has absorbed a host of existing musical influences and brings an unmistakable presence and vitality to every show, which highlights her natural sensual, emotional and exciting persona.
She started singing at a young age employing the natural gift inherited from her mother. In 2002, she elected to make singing her professional career and has not looked back since. Her natural beauty and stylish good looks coupled with her own distinctive, yet contemporary sense of fashion earned her the affectionate nickname the "CHAMELEON".
