Melbourne’s funkiest, grooviest live show RETRO INFERNO bring back the heady days of disco, 70's funk and classic retro with a live show that will leave you physically and vocally exhausted!!

Re-live all the classic dance hits from the 70's , 80's, and 90's with this dynamic 9-piece band featuring 4 vocalists and a 3 piece horn section.

Comprising some of Melbourne’s top session musicians, Retro Inferno is available for pubs, clubs, corporate and private functions as well as overseas work.

Kristilee Ransley (Lead vocals). Kristilee has been singing professionally for over 10 years. From solo piano bar gigs, jazz ensembles and lead roles in musical theatre productions, to original performances and recording, this versatile and dynamic musician has covered a diverse range of genres. Originating from Hobart, Kristilee is recognised as one of the state’s premier artists and has performed extensively throughout Tasmania and across Bass Strait as a soloist on the “Spirit of Tasmania”. She has appeared with many renowned artists including Debra Byrne, Dale Ryder (Boom Crash Opera) and Tania Doko (Bachelor Girl) and performed regularly overseas, most recently in a musical stage show in Singapore.

Natalie Box (Lead vocals) Joining the Victorian Children’s Choir at nine, Natalie has been singing professionally for a number of years. Her extensive vocal training has allowed her to perform in a variety of genres including musical theatre, choirs, weddings, private functions and jazz exhibitions. Natalie’s talent as a singer and performer is evident in her long list of credits as Lead Vocalist, including; ‘Urban Soul Movement’ (7 piece R&B/Funk band), ‘Moskito’ (pop/rock), ‘C540’ (pop/rock), musical theatre productions; ‘Grease’, ‘Anything Goes’ & ‘Music In Movies’, and in the formation of acoustic duo ‘Twelfth of Never’. She is currently working with a producer developing her original material.

Mark O'keeffe (Guitar/vocals) has taken on many roles in a professional career spanning 15 yrs. From big band bassist to soloist, Marks skills as a singer/guitarist reflect hard earned experience only found in musicians who have consistently stayed afloat in a tough industry. His guitar skills enable him to cover a diverse range of styles, from country to jazz/funk, while his vocal skills are suited to both lead and backing harmonies. No stranger to residential contracts, his work has seen him travel extensively throughout Australia and overseas. A seasoned onstage performer, Mark demonstrates energy, finesse and dedication to his craft.

Evan Pritchard (Drums) has covered just about every genre of music from jazz to classical to latin since his beginnings on drum-kit 20 years ago. His career as a drummer and percussionist has seen him perform extensively in Australia, Asia and Europe with various orchestras and ensembles and was a member of the West Australian Symphony Orchestra for 11 years. He is now in great demand as a freelance musician in Melbourne, performing regularly in the Melbourne Symphony, Orchestra Victoria, Malaysian Philharmonic and in the recent Melbourne productions of “Mamma Mia” and “Oliver"

Charlie Woolley (Bass) A seasoned performer on both electric and double bass, Charlie has been extremely busy since graduating from the Victorian College of the Arts in 1999 with a Bachelor of Music Performance. After completing an extended contract on a cruise ship performing in such diverse locations as North Africa, the Mediterranean and Western Europe, Charlie returned to Melbourne to appear and record with renowned artists such as Mihi Rangi, John Wanner, Max Vella, Ced LeMeledo, Hope Csutoros, Barnaby Gold, Joe Ruburto, Michael Westlake, Jack Cassidy, Richard Tedesco and Michael Rochford. Charlie’s dynamic rhythmic groove and musical versatility are an essential part of the “Retro Inferno” rhythm section.


Jeff Sheppard (Keyboards/vocals) Performing and recording for the past 12 years with a variety of artists including Selwyn and KPS Jam, Jeff is an experienced performer on both keyboards and saxophone. His TV credits include performances for Channel V and Good Morning Australia. An accomplished singer, Jeff’s silky smooth vocal skills can be heard on his recent CD release “Everything in its time” When not performing live, Jeff devotes much of his time mastering the craft of sound engineering and recording/mixing.
