The singer and composer Zeú Lobo is from "Cruz das Almas", a small bahian city. In this small city he was in contact with local artists who were interested in music since they were 10 years old. In the beginning he tried to integrate several singing groups as well as several electric tiros. His influence stems from great northern singers and popular brazilian music like: Caetano Veloso, Alceu Valenca, Zé Ramalho, Wilson Aragâo, Luis Gonzaga and others. He is also influenced by Rock of the eightees. Zéu Lobo likes you to pay attention to his simplicity, his fine voice, his MPB-style and the fact that he has succeeded in establishing an artistic career. When he is not on tour in Europe or South America he can be found playing in the night clubs of Bahia Brazil. |
